Terms And Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the filming of “What Are You Doing This Week?” organised by Youth Corps Singapore.
By registering or taking part in the filming, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Youth Corps Singapore in relation to and in connection with the filming.

You must be between the ages of 17 to 25 (as of the start of the filming date) and be a Singapore citizen/Singapore permanent resident to participate in the filming.
Youth Corps Singapore has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Registrants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and Youth Corps Singapore is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

You are not allowed to disclose any filming content information in forms of voice recording, photographs, videos, or any other content forms such as photos with any persons at the filming site before the official launch of the campaign and its accompanying videos.
Youth Corps Singapore holds the rights to direct the destruction of any forms of recorded information of the filming process.
Failure to comply with the non-disclosure clause may result in the Registrant’s immediate participation termination.
Youth Corps Singapore has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Registrants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and Youth Corps Singapore is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

Upon submission of your registration, you will be sent a confirmation via email. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided on the registration form.

Registrants who are selected for the filming will be notified through the email address provided on the registration form.

By registering, the Registrants are deemed to have consented to:
- the collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, image, voice and or likeness by Youth Corps Singapore for editorial, advertising, promotional and or any other purposes without any payment and or compensation;
- receiving promotional and other publicity information from Youth Corps Singapore from time to time.

Youth Corps Singapore reserves the right to photograph and videotape Registrants and to use such photographs and videos in any internal and external communication referring to Youth Corps Singapore, such as, but not limited to its website and intranet, or any other publications. Registrants shall not own any intellectual property rights (including moral rights) to any of his/her work or creations submitted in connection with the filming and accordingly agrees to unconditionally waive all such rights.

In the event of cancellation, a written notice must be sent to Youth Corps Singapore a week before the filming date.
If for any reason the filming is not capable of running as planned, Youth Corps Singapore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the shoot.

By registering, all Registrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Youth Corps Singapore and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in the filming.
